Bat chasers swing away with this fence busting trio of vintage store models. All (3) were turned by H&B between sixty to ninety years ago. Despite this considerable age all remain in pleasing condition with moderate wear. The labels and barrel names are clearly discernible with HOFers Edd Roush and Joe Gordon; and lifetime .307 hitter Johnny Pesky.
The Roush model is an early small knob type with a thicker handle, that has been carved with the number "27" just to the of the label. Though somewhat darkened, details remain distinct. Portions of the surname on the Gordon model are partially worn away, but enough lettering shows to recognize the facsimile signature "Joe L. Gordon". The Pesky model shows a smooth clean surface, but it has darkened to the point that it must been held under light to read the labeling. All in all a handsome group that is approaching antique status.
