Steve Garvey still had some pop in his bat at the age of 37, hitting 21 homers and driving in 81 runs in 1986 for the Padres. This 32"/34oz bat was used by Garvey during that season. The signature model C263 Louisville Slugger shows moderate game use, most notably a generous layer of pine tar extending about 9" out from the knob, a very small crack and some scattered marks of wear. Signed to the left of the barrel in blue marker ("9") with My Best Wishes salutation. Auction LOA for signature.
